Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang:Rumah Sakit Awal Bros telah menyelenggarakan Rekam Medis Elektronik, tetapi beberapa tenaga kesehatan menyatakan bawahasannya keberhasilan Rekam Medis Elektronik tidak selalu sejalan dengan peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tujuan: Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Keberhasilan Rekam Medis Elektronik Dengan Efektivitas Pelayanan dan mengetahui hubungan keberhasilan rekam medis elektronik dengan mutu pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Botania. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil: Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara keberhasilan Rekam Medis Elektronik dan efektivitas pelayanan dan mutu pelayanan, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh uji analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi Square. Nilai p-value untuk keberhasilan Rekam Medis Elektronik adalah 0,042, dan nilai p-value untuk mutu pelayanan adalah 0,024. Kesimpulan: Rekam Medis Elektronik di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Botania Termasuk dalam Kategori Baik, dengan presentase 80 persen dari 60 responden dan efektivitas pelayanan 86,7 persen dan mutu pelayanan 71,7 persen. Ada hubungan signifikan antara keberhasilan dan efektivitas pelayanan dengan nilai p-value 0,042 dan hubungan keberhasilan dengan mutu pelayanan dengan nilai p-value 0,024. Kata Kunci : Keberhasilan RME,Efektivitas Pelayanan,Mutu Pelayanan ABSTRACT Background: Awal Bros Hospital has organized Electronic Medical Records, but some health workers state that the success of Electronic Medical Records is not always in line with the improvement of service effectiveness in hospitals. Objective: To determine the relationship between the success of electronic medical records and service effectiveness and to determine the relationship between the success of electronic medical records and the quality of services at Awal Bros Botania Hospital. Method: The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. Results: There was a significant correlation between the success of Electronic Medical Records and the effectiveness and quality of services, as shown by the bivariate analysis test using Chi Square. The p-value for the success of Electronic Medical Records was 0.042, and the p-value for service quality was 0.024. Conclusion: Electronic Medical Records at Awal Bros Botania Hospital are Included in the Good Category, with a percentage of 80 percent of 60 respondents and service effectiveness of 86.7 percent and service quality of 71.7 percent. There was a significant relationship between the success and effectiveness of services with a p-value of 0.042 and the relationship between success and service quality with a p-value of 0.024.
