Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Rekam Medis Elektronik merupakan sebuah peningkatan teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan, mengolah serta mengakses data.Peningkatan efektivitas pencatatan data rekam medis yang akurat dan cepat dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknolgi saat ini melalui Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui lebih jelas mengenali pengaruh rekam medis elektronik terhadap efektifitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Botania Batam. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional Hasil : Berdasarkan uji analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi Square diperoleh variabel Rekam medis elektronik memiliki hubungan dengan Efektifitas pelayanan dengan diperoleh nilai p-value yaitu 0.023. Dimana nilai p-value 0.023<0.05 sehingga dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Rekam medis elektronik terhadap efektifitas pelayanan. Kesimpulan : Rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase jawaban 32 responden sebesar 75%. Kefektifitasan pelayanan diperoleh Efektif sebanyak 26 dengan persentase 81.25%. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara rekam medis elektronik terhadap efektifitas pelayanan dengan nilai pvalue 0.023 Kata Kunci : Rekam Medis Elektronik, Efektifitas Pelayanan Kepustakaan : 3 Buku (2019-2024) + 20 Jurnal ABSTRACT Background: Electronic Medical Record is an improvement in information technology used to collect, store, process, and access medical data. Increasing the effectiveness of accurate and fast recording of medical record data can take advantage of current technological advances through Electronic records (RME) Objective: To find out more clearly the influence of electronic medical records on the effectiveness of services at the Botania Batam Community Health Center. Methods: The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a cross sectional approach Results: Based on bivariate analysis tests using Chi Square, it was found that the electronic medical record variable had a relationship with service effectiveness with a pvalue obtained, namely 0.023. Where the p-value is 0.023 <0.05, so it can be said that there is a significant relationship between electronic medical records and service effectiveness. Conclusion: Electronic medical records at the Community Health Center are included in the good category with an answer percentage of 32 respondents of 75%. The effectiveness of the service was found to be 26 effective with a percentage of 81.25%.
