Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Ernitha Yulianti Hubungan Self-Efficacy dan Cues to Action Dengan Perilaku Loss to Follow Up Pada Pasien HIV/AIDS dengan Terapi ARV di RSUD Embung Fatimah 72 halaman + 8 tabel + 2 Gambar + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Individu yang hidup dengan HIV berjumlah 36,9 juta baik dewasa maupun anak-anak di dunia. Di Asia Tenggara, terdapat 5.2 juta individu hidup dengan HIV (Michel Sidibe, 2018). Fenomena yang ditemukan di RSUD Embung Fatimah 5 pasien lost to follow up yang datang kembali berobat karea dulu mereka malas datang kembali akibat takut akan penyakitnya diketahui oleh orang lain. 6 orang merasa sehat sehingga malas untuk berobat. 5 orang pasien mengalami infeksi opportunistik diakibatkan lost follow up. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dan cues to action terhadap perilaku lost to follow up pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan terapi ARV di RSUD Embung Fatimah. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien HIV yang lost to follow up berjumlah 33 orang dan data dianalisa menggunakan uji chisquare. Hasil diketahui adanya perbedaan signifikan, yang mana (p-value 0,041 ≤0,05) menunjukkan adanya hubungan self efficacy dengan perilaku lost to followup pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan terapi ARV di RSUD Embung Fatimah dan adanya perbedaan signifikan, yang mana (p-value 0,021≤0,05) menunjukkan adanya hubungan cues to action dengan perilaku lost to follow-up pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan terapi ARV di RSUD Embung Fatimah. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan self-efficacy dan cues to action terhadap perilaku lost to follow up pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan terapi ARV di RSUD Embung Fatimah. In Southeast Asia, there are 5.2 million individuals living with HIV (Michel Sidibe, 2018). The phenomenon found in Embung Fatimah Hospital was 5 patients lost to follow-up who came back for treatment because they were lazy to come back because they were afraid that their illness would be known by others. 6 people feel healthy so they are lazy to seek treatment. 5 patients had opportunistic infections due to lost follow-up. This study aims to determine the relationship between selfefficacy and cues to action on lost to follow-up behaviour in HIV/AIDS patients with ARV therapy at Embung Fatimah Hospital. This research design is a descriptive quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were all 33 HIV patients who were lost to follow-up and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant difference, which (p-value 0.041 0.05) showed a relationship between self-efficacy and loss of follow-up behaviour in HIV/AIDS patients with ARV therapy at Embung Fatimah Hospital and a significant difference, which ( p-value 0.021 0.05) indicates a relationship between cues to action and lost to follow-up behaviour in HIV/AIDS patients receiving ARV therapy at Embung Fatimah Hospital. In conclusion, there is a relationship between self-efficacy and cues to action on lost to follow-up behaviour in HIV/AIDS patients with ARV therapy at Embung Fatimah Hospital.
