Abstract
Hubungan ASI Ekslusif dan Status Imuniasi Dengan Stunting Pada Anak Usia 24- 59 Bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan Tahun 2022 77 halaman + 9 tabel + 2 Gambar + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan kondisi kronis yang menggambarkan terhambatnya pertumbuhan karena malnutrisi jangka panjang yang ditandai dengan indeks panjang badan dibanding umur (PB/U) atau tinggi badan dibanding umur (TB/U.. Fenomena yang ditemukan di UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan 10 ibu balita stunting, 6 orang ibu yang mempunyai balita stunting mengatakan riwayat imunisasi dasar tidak lengkap dan tidak ASI Eksklusif dikarenakan ASI tidak keluar, sedangkan 4 orang ibu yang memiliki balita stunting mengatakan ASI tidak keluar sehingga memberikan susu formula dan imuniasi lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ASI ekslusif dan status imunisasi dengan stunting pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan Tahun 2022. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 24-59 yang stunting yang berjumlah 30 orang. dan data dianalisa menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil diketahui adanya perbedaan signifikan, yang mana (p-value 0,037 ≤0,05) hal ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara ASI eksklusif dengan stunting pada anak usia 24-59 Bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan Tahun 2022 dan ada hubungan yang signifikan (p value 0,048≤0,05) antara status imunisasi dengan stunting pada anak usia 24-59 Bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan Tahun 2022 maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan adanya hubungan ASI ekslusif dan status imunisasi dengan stunting pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan Tahun 2022. Saran bagi perawat dan kader posyandu diberiakn pendidikan dan pelatihan secara khusus dalam pencegahan stunting pada anak. Mothers who have stunted toddlers say that their basic immunization history is incomplete and exclusive breastfeeding is not due to breast milk not coming out, while 4 mothers who have stunting toddlers said that breast milk did not come out so they gave formula milk and complete immunization.This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and breastfeeding. immunization status with stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the UPTD Sri Bintan Health Center in 2022. The design of this study was an analytical observational study with a retrospective approach. The sample in this study were children aged 24-59 who were stunted, totaling 30 people. and data were analyzed using chi-square test. The results show that there is a significant difference, which (p-value 0.037 0.05) this shows a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the UPTD Sri Bintan Health Center Work Area in 2022 and there is a significant relationship (p value 0.048≤0.05) between immunization status and stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the UPTD Sri Bintan Health Center Work Area in 2022, Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and immunization status with stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the UPTD Sri Bintan Health Center Work Area in 2022.
