PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Ennie Yopanti Tamasoleng Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Length Of Stay Pasien di Intslasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit X Batam 80 hal + 9 table + 2 skema + 8 lampiran ABSTRAK Rumah sakit berfungsi sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan pengobatan dan untuk pemulihan kesehatan masyarakat luas. Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) menjadi pintu utama dan pintu pertama masuk rumah sakit bagi sebagian besar pasien. Permasalahan yang terjadi di dunia untuk saat ini adalah permintaan layanan darurat melebihi kemampuan Instalasi gawat darurat waktu lama tunggu pasien dimulai dari kedatangan pasien diukur dari kedatangan pasien sampai ditransfer atau dipindahkan ke unit lain Fenomena yang ditemukan di RS X adalah 5 pasien mengatakan waktu tunggu terlalu lama pada proses pemeriksaan labotarorium di IGD, dan 5 pasien lainnya mengatakan mengalami waktu tunggu lama pada proses transfer pasien rawat dirawat inap sampai lebih dari 5 jam. Mutu IGD di Rumah Sakit X Batam 3 jam . Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan Length Of Stay di Ruang IGD di Rumah Sakit X Batam. Metode penelitian dengan metode kuantitaif. Sampel berjumlah 60 responden yang menjalani rawat jalan di Poliklinik di Rumah Sakit X Batam tahun 2022 dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan uji chisquare Analisa Univariat hasil factor waktu pendaftaran 50 responden mengalami waktu lebih dari 1 jam, waktu konsultasi dokter 48 responden dan waktu rawat inap 30 responden dengan hasil LOS yang dialami pasien sebanyak 48 responden. Dari 3 faktor tersebut semua ada hubungan antara waktu pendaftaran, waktu konsultasi, waktu transfer rawat inap dengan LOS (p=0.005). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa di jadikan data dasar bagi perawat di IGD untuk meningkatkan kinerja di Rumah Sakit X Batam untuk melakukan kegiatan dalam mengurangi waktu tunggu pasien di ruang IGD. The Emergency Room (IGD) is the main door and the first entrance to the hospital for most patients. The problem that occurs in the world today is that the demand for emergency services exceeds the capabilities of the emergency department. The length of time waiting for a patient starts from the patient's arrival, measured from the patient's arrival until being transferred or transferred to another unit. the laboratory examination process in the ER, and 5 other patients said they experienced long waiting times in the transfer process of inpatients that were more than 5 hours. The quality of the emergency room at X Batam Hospital is 3 hours. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Length Of Stay in the Emergency Room at X Batam Hospital. Research method with quantitative method. The sample is 60 respondents who undergo outpatient treatment at the Polyclinic at the Batam Hospital in 2022 with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The data was processed using the chi-square test. Univariate analysis of the results of the registration time factor of 50 respondents experienced more than 1 hour, the doctor's consultation time was 48 respondents and the hospitalization time was 30 respondents with the LOS results experienced by 48 respondents. Of these 3 factors, there was a relationship between registration time, consultation time, hospitalization transfer time and LOS (p = 0.005). The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for nurses in the emergency room to improve performance at the Batam Business Administration Hospital to carry out activities to reduce patient waiting time in the emergency room.
