Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Devita Lily Puspitasari Pengaruh Pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar Pada Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Ketrampilan Pegawai Non Medis KKP Kelas I Batam di Kantor Induk 118 hal + 9 tabel + 12 lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Penyakit Jantung (kardiovaskuler) salah satu penyebab kematian paling banyak di seluruh dunia .Selama angka kejadian henti jantung di luar rumah sakit masih tinggi, program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan Bantuan Hidup Dasar sangat penting.Banyak kejadian korban sampai di rumah sakit tidak bisa diselamatkan,dikarenakan korban sudah meninggal selama perjalanan menuju rumah sakit atau penolong pertama tidak kompeten dalam memberikan pertolongan pada pasien. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar terhadap pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada pegawai non medis KKP Kelas I Batam di Kantor Induk Batu Ampar. Metode : metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre experimental design dan pendekatan one group pre – post design without control.Jumlah total sampel diambil dengan Purposive Random sampling dari pegawai Non Medis Kantor Induk KKP Kelas I Batam dengan jumlah responden 20 orang dan Analisa data menggunakan Wilcoxon Singn Rank Test. Hasil : uji Wilcoxon rank test pada pengetahuan dan ketrampilan p-value 0,000 dapat dilihat p-value ≤ 0,05 maka H1 diterima.Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh antara pemberian pelatihan bantuan hidup dasar pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada Pegawai Non Medis KKP Kelas I Batam.Saran :diharapkan pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar dilakukan secara berkala di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Batam. As long as the incidence of cardiac arrest outside the hospital is still high, training programs to improve knowledge and skills in Basic Life Support are very important. cannot be saved, because the victim has died during the trip to the hospital or the first aid is incompetent in assisting the patient. Objective: to determine the effect of Basic Life Support training on the knowledge and skills of non-medical KKP Class I Batam employees at the Batu Ampar Main Office. Method: quantitative method with pre-experimental research design and one group pre-post design approach without control. The total sample was taken by purposive random sampling from non-medical employees of the Batam Class I KKP Main Office with 20 respondents and data analysis using Wilcoxon Sign. Rank Test. Results: Wilcoxon rank test on knowledge and skills p-value 0.000 can be seen p-value 0.05 then H1 is accepted.
