Abstract
Latar Belakang : Sistem penyimpanan adalah suatu kegiatan dengan menyimpan dokumen rekam medis agar tersusun dengan rapi. Sistem penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis merupakan aspek penting dalam pemberian mutu pelayanan di puskesmas sei langkai. Rak penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis di puskesmas sungai langkai masih sangat minim dan membutuhkan ruangan yang cukup. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui sistem penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat jalan di puskesmas sei langkai. Metode : Metode penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara di Puskesmas Sei Langkai. Hasil : Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyimpanan yang digunakan di puskesmas sei langkai adalah sentralisasi. Sistem penjajaran yang digunakan adalah sistem nomor langsung dan menggunakan kode khusus antar wilayah. Sistem penomoran dokumen rekam medis yang digunakan adalah satu nomor rekam medis akan dipakai selama pasien berobat dan diiringi dengan family folder. Kesimpulan : Sistem penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis sudah berjalan, akan tetapi petugas rekam medis belum berprofesi perekam medis dan ruangan rekam medis yang kecil membuat rak penyimpanan yang tersedia tidak cukup untuk menyimpan dokumen rekam medis pasien. Background : The storage system is an activity by storing medical record documents so that they are neatly arranged. The medical record document storage system is an important aspect in providing quality services at the Sei Langai Public Health Center. The shelves for storing medical record documents at the Sungai Langai Public Health Center are still very minimal and require sufficient space. The medical record officer does not have a medical record professional background. Objective: To find out the document storage system for outpatient medical records at the Sei Langkai Public Health Center Methods: The research method used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting observations and interviews at the Sei Langkai Health Center. Results: The research shows that the storage system used in the Sei Langai Public Health Center is centralized. The alignment system used is a direct number system and uses a special code between regions. The medical record document numbering system used is one medical record number that will be used while the patient is on treatment and accompanied by a family folder Conclusion: The medical record document storage system has been running, but the medical record officer is not yet a medical recorder and the small medical record room makes the available storage shelves not enough to store patient medical record documents.
