Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, April 2022 Dini Mulyasari Studi Fenomenologi: Pengalaman Orang dengan Hiv Aids mengkonsumi Obat Antiretroviral di RSUD Muhammad Sani Karimun 78 Halaman + 1 Tabel + 4 Lampiran ABSTRAK Terapi ARV masih menjadi terapi andalan bagi penderita HIV/AIDS yang digunakan untuk menghambat progresivitas virus, dimana setiap obat ARV memberikan efek samping spesifiknya masing-masing kepada penderita HIV/AIDS. Berdasarkan data rekapitulasi ditjen P2P jumlah kasus AIDS terbanyak salah satunya adalah KEPRI dengan jumlah 411 kasus dari 7036 kasus orang terinfeksi AIDS diindonesia. Sedangkan di RSUD Muhammad Sani, kasus HIV pada tahun 2020 termasuk kasus 2 besar kunjungan rawat jalan berjumlah 372. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapat gambaran tentang pengalaman orang dengan HIV/AIDS mengkonsumsi obat Antiretroviral di RSUD Muhammad Sani karimun. Pengambilan data pada bulan Maret 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data didapat dengan wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap 10 partisipan yang terdiri dari 5 lakilaki dan 5 perempuan,usia 25-45 tahun dengan lamanya menjalani terapi 3-13 tahun. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 4 tema dimana 2 tema sebelum dan pada awal konsumsi ARV yaitu (1) adanya penyangkalan dengan subtema perasaan takut, penyangkalan , depresi, keputusasaan dan kekecewaan. (2) partisipan mengalami keluhan fisik dengan sub tema pusing, mual, muntah, steven jonson, gatal-gatal, berhalusinasi, susah bangun. Setelah menjalani terapi ARV peneliti menemukan 2 tema lagi yang dialami partisipan pada penelitian ini (3) yaitu penerimaan akan penyakit dan terapinya dengan sub tema, Perasaan ingin sehat, tidak takut, menerima takdir, dan atas kesadaran diri sendiri. yang (4) peningkatan kualitas hidup setelah terapi ARV dengan sub tema, sehat, tidak pusing, seperti minum vitamin, tidak lemah, bisa bekerja. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi perubahan fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual pada pasien yang menjalani terapi ARV. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah meneliti mengetahui ketakuatan dan harapan pasien dengan HIV/AIDS yang menjalani terapi ARV. Based on the recapitulation data of the Directorate General of P2P, the highest number of AIDS cases is KEPRI with 411 cases out of 7036 cases of AIDS-infected people in Indonesia. While at the Muhammad Sani Hospital, HIV cases in 2020 included the 2nd case of outpatient visits totaling 372. This study aims to get an overview of the experiences of people with HIV/AIDS consuming antiretroviral drugs at the Muhammad Sani Karimun Hospital. Data collection in March 2022. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained by semistructured interviews with 10 participants consisting of 5 men and 5 women, aged 25-45 years with a duration of therapy 3-13 years. ) The results of the study obtained 4 themes where 2 themes were before and at the beginning of ARV consumption, namely (1) the existence of denial with sub-themes feeling feelings of fear, denial, depression, hopelessness and disappointment. (2) participants experienced physical complaints with sub-themes of dizziness, nausea, vomiting, steven jonson, itching, hallucinations, difficulty getting up. After undergoing ARV therapy, the researchers found 2 more themes experienced by participants in this study (3) namely acceptance of the disease and its therapy with sub-themes, Feelings of wanting to be healthy, not afraid, accepting destiny, and selfawareness. (4) improving quality of life after ARV therapy with sub-themes, healthy, not dizzy, like taking vitamins, not weak, can work. Based on this study, it can be concluded that there are physical, psychological, social, and spiritual changes in patients undergoing ARV therapy. Recommendations for further research are to examine the fears and expectations of patients with HIV/AIDS undergoing ARV therapy. Keywords: HIV/AIDS, ARV treatment, Experience
