Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU NIFAS TENTANG PERUBAHAN ADAPTASI FISIOLOGI MASA NIFAS DI PMB JUMIATI TANJUNG PIAYU, KOTA BATAM. Dermonika Purba (1), Bd. Netty Herawaty Purba, SST, M. Keb (2), Indah Mastikana, SST, M. Kes (3). ABSTRAK Masa nifas adalah masa dimulai setelah plasenta keluar dan berakhir ketika alat - alat kandungan kembali seperti semula. Menurut WHO(Word Health Organization) bahwa 50 -70% hasil data ibu nifas mengalami masalah setelah post partum. Di Kepulauan Riau di temukan hasil data bahwa 60% kematian ibu terjadi pada masa nifas dan 50% nya kematian ibu pada masa nifas terjadi pada 24 jam pertama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan masalah yang terjadi berdasarkan karakteristik responden berdasarkan umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan tingkat pengetahuan. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu nifas normal di PMB Jumiati dan jumlah sampel 35 orang. Hasil penelitian di temukan bahwa ibu nifas yang berpengetahuan baik 10 orang (25,5 %), yang berpengetahuan cukup 4 orang (15%), ibu nifas berpengetahuan kurang 21 orang (60%). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian mayoritas ibu nifas memiliki pengetahuan kurang, dan diharapkan ibu nifas lebih aktif dalam mencari informasi mengenai masa nifas, baik dari sosial media dan seminar, supaya dapat mengurangi depresi pada masa nifas. ABSTRACT The postpartum period is the period that begins after the placenta comes out and ends when the uterine organs return to normal. According to WHO (Word Health Organization) 50-70% of postpartum mothers experience problems after postpartum. In the Riau Islands, it was found that 60% of maternal deaths occurred during the puerperium and 50% of maternal deaths during the puerperium occurred in the first 24 hours. The research method used is descriptive method which aims to describe the problems that occur based on the characteristics of the respondents based on age, education, occupation, parity and level of knowledge. The target of this study were all normal postpartum mothers in PMB Jumiati and the number of samples was 35 people. The results of the study found that postpartum mothers who had good knowledge were 10 people (25.5%), who had sufficient knowledge were 4 (15%), postpartum mothers had poor knowledge of 21 people (60%). The conclusion from the results of the research is that the majority of postpartum mothers have less knowledge, and it is hoped that postpartum mothers are more active in seeking information about the postpartum period, both from social media and seminars, in order to reduce depression during the postpartum period.
