Abstract
Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan layanan kesehatan disuatu negara. Di ASEAN ditemukan bahwa penurunanan angka kematian di Negara Indonesia masih cukup tinggi dalam arti belum ada mengalami penurunan yang baik ditandai dengan Negara-negara ASEAN lainnya sudah menempati posisi 40-60 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, sedangkan di Indonesia berdasarkan Survei Penduduk Antar Sensus (SUPAS) 2015 masih menempati posisi 305 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup hal ini menandakan bahwa masih tinggi nya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia. Sementara itu data capaian kinerja Kemenkes RI tahun 2015-2017 menunjukkan telah terjadi penurunan jumlah kasus kematian ibu, hal ini masih dijadikan perhatian oleh tenaga kesehatan dikarenakan masih tingginya Angka kematian dan jumlah kasusnya.ditahun 2015 AKI mencapai 4.999 kasus, maka ditahun 2016 sedikit mengalami penurunan menjadi 4.192 kasus, ditahun 2017 mengalami penurunan tajam sebanyak 1.712 kasus AKI (Susiana, 2019). Asuhan Kebidanan yaitu manajemen kebidanan mulai dari ibu hamil, bersalin, sampai bayi baru lahir sehingga persalinan dapat berlangsung dengan aman dan bayi yang dilahirkan selamat dan sehat sampai dengan masa nifas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis deskriptif, yang berupa penelitian dengan metode atau pendekatan study kasus. Dari hasil pengkajian Ny H usia 20 dan asuhan kebidanan yang sudah diberikan dan didaptakan bahwa semuanya dalam kondisi normal. Setelah melakukan Asuhan Kebidanan di BPM Marlina Limbong, Amd.Keb asuhan kebidanan telah diberikan klien mengatakan merasa puas dan mengerti terkait asuhan yang didapatkan, dan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi klien dan bayi serta keluarga dan pada klien dalam pemberian asuhan keluarga berencana klien sudah memutuskan untuk memilih kontrasepsi KB suntik 3 bulan yang akan digunakan. Kata Kunci : Asuhan Kebidanan Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are indicators of the success of health services in a country. In ASEAN, the decline in the death rate in Indonesia is still quite high in the sense that there has not been a well-marked decline with other ASEAN countries found to occupy the position of 40-60 per 100,000 live births, while in Indonesia based on the 2015 Inter-Census Population Survey (SUPAS) still in the position of 305 per 100,000 live births, this indicates that the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still high. Meanwhile, the achievements of the Indonesian Ministry of Health data in 2015-2017 show that there has been a decrease in the number of cases of maternal mortality, this is still a concern for health workers because of the high mortality rate and number of cases. In 2015 the MMR reached 4,999 cases, then in 2016 it slightly decreased to 4,192 cases, in 2017 there was a sharp decline of 1,712 AKI cases (Susiana, 2019). Midwifery care is midwifery management starting from pregnant women, giving birth, to newborns so that childbirth can take place safely and babies born are safe and healthy until the puerperium. The research design used is descriptive type, in the form of research using case study methods or approaches. From the results of the assessment of Mrs. H aged 20 and the midwifery care that had been given and it was found that everything was in normal condition. After doing Midwifery Care at BPM Marlina Limbong, Amd.Keb midwifery care has been given to clients who say they are satisfied and understand about the care they receive, and provide great benefits for clients and babies and families and the client in providing family planning care decides to choose 3 months injectable contraception to be used.
