Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Rekam medis merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam membantu pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan kepada pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan Tujuan : untuk analisis berkas rekam medis dalam pencatatan informasi medis dan ketepatan kode diagnosis penyakit pada puskesmas baloi permai. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode Metode : kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei Pendekatan secara kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifnya dari Hubungan Antara Ketidaklengkapan informasi medis dengan Keakuratan Kode Diagnosa di Puskesmas Baloi Permai. Hasil : penelitian yang telah dilakukan uji statistik chi square menunjukkan bahwa p- value sebesar 0.001, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara keakuratan diagnosa dengan kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis. Odds ratio untuk keakuratan pada kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis sebesar 7,2615 dengan 95% CI antara 2,311 - 22,812. Pasien yang tidak memiliki dengan. Kesimpulan : Dokumen rekam medis yang lengkap berisiko 7,2615 kali mendapatkan ketidak akuratan dalam mengambil diagnosis dibandingkan dengan Pasien yang memiliki dengan Dokumen rekam medis yang lengkap. ABSTRAK Background : Medical records are an important part in assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients in hospitals. Objective : This study aims to analyze the medical record file in recording medical information and the accuracy of the disease diagnosis code at the Baloi Mai Public Health Center. In this study, the research method used by the author is a quantitative method with survey research Methods : the research method used by the author is a quantitative method with survey research. A quantitative approach is used to determine how effective the relationship between incomplete medical information and the accuracy of the diagnosis code is at the Baloi Permai Health Center. Result : The results of the research that have been carried out by the chi square statistical test show that the p-value is 0.001, so it can be said that there is a significant relationship between the accuracy of the diagnosis and the completeness of the medical record document. The odds ratio for accuracy in the completeness of medical record documents is 7.2615 with 95% CI between 2.311 - 22.812. Patients who do not have with.
