PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Skripsi, September 2022 Efrida Mayasari Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Dengan Missed nursing care Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rs. X Kota Batam 84 hal + 6 tabel + 2 skema + 8 lampiran ABSTRAK Missed nursing care merupakan tantangan global yang mengancam keselamatan dan kesehatan pasien. Fenomena Missed nursing care sebagian besar (55-98%) perawat meninggalkan satu atau lebih asuhan keperawatan. Salah satu peran perawat adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien dengan aman tanpa ada yang terlewatkan atau tertunda. Faktor penyebab terjadinya missed nursing care salah satunya adalah kepuasan kerja. Seorang perawat yang merasa tidak puas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya akan sering merasa terbebani dalam bekerja sehingga tingkat keselamatan pasien menjadi terganggu. Fenomena yang didapatkan di RS. X adanya angka plebitis, Infeksi saluran kemih dan kejadian decubitus hal ini terjadi akibat kelalaian perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan missed nursing care. Design penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan Teknik penarikan sampel total sampling yang berjumlah 47 perawat. Hasil Analisis bivariat didapatkan sebanyak 15 perawat (94%) memiliki persepsi kepuasan kerja kurang dengan missed nursing care tinggi. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi-square didapatkan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan missed nursing care di RS. X Kota Batam. Bagi rumah sakit agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat untuk mengurangi angka kejadian missed nursing care yang oleh dilakukan perawat. Missed nursing care phenomenon, most (55-98%) nurses leave one or more nursing care. One of the nurse's roles is to provide nursing care to patients safely without anything being missed or delayed. One of the factors causing missed nursing care is job satisfaction. A nurse who is dissatisfied in doing her job will often feel burdened at work so that the level of patient safety is disrupted. Phenomenon found in RS. X the number of phlebitis, urinary tract infections and the incidence of decubitus this happened due to the negligence of nurses in providing nursing care. This study was conducted to see the relationship between job satisfaction and missed nursing care. The design used in this study was cross sectional with a total sampling technique of 47 nurses. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that 15 nurses (94%) had a low perception of job satisfaction with high missed nursing care. The results of statistical tests using the Chi-square test obtained pvalue 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and missed nursing care at the hospital.
