Abstract
HUBUNGAN WAKTU TUNGGU TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN DI PUSKESMAS SEI LANGKAI BATAM TAHUN 2022 DIII STUDY PROGRAM OF MEDICAL RECORD AND HEALTH INFORMATION AWAL BROS UNIVERSITY Scientific Writing (KTI), 2022 THE RELATIONSHIP OF WAITING TIME TO PATIENT SATISFACTION AT SEI LANGKAI PUSKESMAS BATAM IN 2022 I Gusti Ayu MayLenia, 00419007 X + 94 Pages + 10 Tables + 8 Images + 15 Attachments ABSTRACT Background : Patient waiting time is one of the potential components that affect dissatisfaction. The long waiting time reflects how the Puskesmas manages service management according to the patient's situation and expectations Objective: To determine the relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction at the Sei Langkai Health Center Batam. Methods: The research method used in this study uses the quantitative method by conducting direct surveys and distributing questionnaires based on the research objectives. Results: It is known that the respondents of the Sei Langkai Health Center Batam patients have a waiting time level of 60 minutes (more than standard) as many as 52 people with a percentage of 59.1%, 60 minutes (less than standard) as many as 36 people with a percentage of 40.9%. At the level of patient satisfaction, it is known that the respondents of patients at the Sei Langkai Health Center in Batam have 46 people who are not satisfied with a percentage of 52.3%, 42 people are satisfied with a percentage of 47.7%. The results of the chi square statistical test show that the p-value of 0.001 is less than 0.050, so it can be said H0 that there is a significant relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction. The odds ratio for the relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction is 4.679 with 95% CI between 0.362-11,517. Conclusion: There are often long queues, patients who have difficulty because during treatment who should go to the general examination room are directed to another examination room, unfriendly officers in the general examination room, lack of information at registration, officers in the examination room who talk a lot so patients with long waiting times. Patients with long waiting times have a lower level of satisfaction than patients whose waiting times are not too long.
