Abstract
MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. N 32 YEARS OLD, G3P2A0. AT DURING PREGNANCY, LABOR, POSTPARTUM, NEONATUS AND CONTRACEPTION IN NURKAHIRIYAH, Amd. Keb, SKM, M.H BPS, AT BATU AJI BATAM CITY Name: Lusi Indah Andriyatni, supervisor 1 is Indah Mastikana. S.ST, M.Kes, and Supervisor 2 St nd is Septi Maisyaroh.U.P., S.ST. M.Kes Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate be the first indicator in determining of mothers and babies health, because both of them be a reflection of mother and baby health status at this time. Based on the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey 2012, MMR at Indonesia register 359/100.000, and for IMR at Indonesia register 32/1000 Upbringing that used by the researcher is a comprehensive midwifery care in BPS. Midwifery care that has given to Mrs. N, 32 years old during on the 7 weeks with frequency of 3 times pregnancy period. Began from 36 weeks until 39 weeks pregnancy. The pregnancy process running physiologically, the first visit the mother does not have a complain. However, in the second and the third visit there are complain with pain in her waist. The researcher has been doing the procedure with the theory to reduce the pain. Birth process Mrs. N time I lasted for 13 hours, the second step is 30 minutes. In this step, the baby was born at 21.30 pm. The baby is girl, crying louder, active, the weight is 3700 gram, body length 47 cm. The third step is 30 minutes and the fourth step is 2 hours, the visiting of postpartum and neonatus are three times, when during of postpartum and the care of newborn babies take place physiologically, no one complaints about procedure and part of them to sign and following KB program, after explain advantages and disadvantages of contraception. Finally, the mother have decided to use contraception for three months. The conclusion of discussion and the reasearch that the researcher writes above about continuity of care for Mrs. L, began from pregnant, labor, postpartum, neonatus and contraception is the researcher did not find any difficulty for doing midwifery care appropriate standards of midwifery profession who has been doing comprehensively.
