Abstract
All women need care and attention during pregnancy and childbirth, in order to detect lifethreatening complications.Results from the Indonesia Health Demographics Survey (SDKI) AKI has decreased in 2007 by 228 per 100,000 KH Nanmun in 2012, AKI experienced a drastic increase to 359 per 100 000 KH then decreased by 305 per 100,000 KH (SDKI, 2017) The purpose of the preparation of the final task report is to do obstetrics in the period of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns and family planning in Ny."S" and Ny. " T " at BPM Sri Indrayani, SST Tiban Baru The method of data collection is done by observation and examination with care that is given in a sustainable manner (Continuity Of Care). Midwifery care given to Mrs. "S" aged 28 years lasted 2 weeks with a frequency of pregnancy carried out 2 times the visit and to Ny. T "do childbirth once, childbirth 2 times and newborn 3 times and do not plan on one visit. The process of maternal pregnancy goes on physiologically, there are no problems or complications the labor process takes place normally with the first time 4 hours, the second time 15 minutes , babies born at 01.25 WIB female at 3500 grams, body length 49 cm, Kala III 15 minutes and Kala IV 2 hours, during childbirth care and newborns take place physiologically, mothers and babies do not have any complaints at the visit first, second and third At the second. The Continuity Of Caremidwifery care has been done with the SOAP method documentation. NY "S" and Ny T in the process Of Continioty Of Care run physiologically, based on the results on the assessment and examination is not found to have complications and the care of obstetrics according to the professional profession of obstetrics conducted comprehensively.
