Abstract

ABSTRAK Efektifitas Pemberian Kombinasi Tablet Fe dan Jus Buah Naga Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb Remaja Putri yang Mengalami Anemia di SMAN 26 Kecamatan Botania, Kota Batam, Tahun 2025 Resi Agustia, Erika Fariningsih, SST., M.Kes, Yulinda Laska, M.Tr. Keb Latar Belakang : anemia adalah kondisi di mana jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi hemoglobin dalam sel darah merah lebih rendah dari normal. Kondisi ini membuat tubuh tidak mendapatkan cukup oksigen untuk kebutuhan fisiologisnya, dan ambang batas kadar hemoglobin untuk anemia bervariasi berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan status kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas pemberian kombinasi tablet Fe dan jus buah naga terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri. Metode : metode penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang siswi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Variabel bebas adalah pemberian tablet tambah darah dan jus buah naga yang diberikan selama 7 hari dengan metode intervensi di minum setiap hari. Variabel terikatnya adalah peningkatan kadar hemoglobin menggunakan alat ukur easy touch GCHB. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil : hasil penelitian menunjukan kadar rata-rata Hb sebelum intervensi adalah 11,11 gr/dl dan kadar rata-rata Hb sesudah intervensi adalah 12,10 gr/dl. Hasil uji wilcoxon signed rank test data pretest-posttest adalah 0,001 (p <0,05). Kesimpulan : data tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat efektifitas pemeberian kombinasi tablet Fe dan jus buah naga terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb putri yang mengalami anemia. Keb Background : Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the concentration of hemoglobin in red blood cells is lower than normal. This condition causes the body to not get enough oxygen for its physiological needs, and the hemoglobin level threshold for anemia varies based on age, gender, and pregnancy status. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of administering a combination of Fe tablets and dragon fruit juice on increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. Method : This research method is a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples was 20 female students with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The independent variable is the administration of iron tablets and dragon fruit juice given for 7 days with the intervention method being drunk every day. The dependent variable is the increase in hemoglobin levels using the easy touch GCHB measuring tool. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results : The results of the study showed that the average Hb level before the intervention was 11.11 gr / dl and the average Hb level after the intervention was 12.10 gr / dl. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test for the pretest-posttest data were 0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusions: The data indicate that the combination of iron tablets and dragon fruit juice is effective in increasing the Hb levels of women with anemia.
