Keluarga yang didalamnya terdapat seorang penderita gangguan jiwa halusinasi memiliki peran utama yaitu membantu penderita mengontrol halusinasinya dan membantu mempercepat penyembuhan pasien. Dukungan keluarga adalah sikap, tindakan dan penerimaan anggota keluarga dengan gangguan halusinasi, yang terwujud dalam bentuk kasih sayang, kehangatan, kepercayaan, perhatian, saling menghargai dan mendukung antar anggota keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Dukungan Ke. luarga Te. rhadap Ke. patuhan Minum Obat Pasie. n Halusinasi Di Ruang Pe. rawatan Jiwa Paviliun Alamanda Rumah Sakit X Batam Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sejumlah 30 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan Keluarga responden terbesar yaitu dalam kategori baik sebanyak 73,4%. Kepatuhan minum obat responden terbesar yaitu dalam kategori patuh sebanyak 73,3%. Terdapat hubungan Dukungan Ke. luarga Te. rhadap Ke. patuhan Minum Obat Pasie. n Halusinasi Di Ruang Pe. rawatan Jiwa Paviliun Alamanda Rumah Sakit X Batam Tahun 2024 dengan p value 0,009. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih baik kepada keluarga tentang pentingnya kepatuhan minum obat pasien halusinasi, disamping perawat juga perlu meningkatkan dukungan keluarga dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien halusinasi. . Families in which there is a person with a hallucinatory mental disorder have a primary role in helping the patient control their hallucinations and helping to speed up the patient's recovery. Family support is the attitude, actions and acceptance of family members with hallucination disorders, which are manifested in the form of affection, warmth, trust, attention, mutual respect and support between family members. This study was conducted to determine the Relationship of Family Support to Compliance with Taking Medication in Hallucinatory Patients in the Mental Health Care Room of the Alamanda Pavilion, X Batam Hospital in 2024. This study used a quantitative method with 30 respondents using the total sampling technique. Data was processed using the Chi Square test. The results showed that the largest respondent's Family Support was in the good category at 73.4%. The highest compliance of respondents in taking medication was in the compliant category at 73.3%. There is a relationship between Family Support and Compliance with Taking Medication for Hallucinating Patients in the Mental Health Care Room of the Alamanda Pavilion, X Hospital, Batam in 2024 with a p value of 0.009. This study is expected to provide better knowledge to families about the importance of compliance with taking medication for hallucinating patients, in addition nurses also need to increase family support in an effort to increase compliance with taking medication for hallucinating patients.
