FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, Agustus 2025 Agnes Monika Hartini “Pengaruh Kompres hangatRebusan Daun kelor Terhadap Nyeri asam Urat Pada Lansia di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Buntung” 69 Halaman + 10 Tabel + 2 Skema + 15 Lampiran ABSTRAK Penyakit asam urat merupakan bentuk peradangan sendi yang umum dialami oleh lansia akibat peningkatan kadar asam urat dalam darah, yang menimbulkan rasa nyeri serta membatasi aktivitas harian. Salah satu alternatif terapi non-farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk meredakan nyeri adalah pemberian kompres hangat dengan rebusan daun kelor, karena mengandung senyawa yang bersifat antiinflamasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres hangat rebusan daun kelor terhadap penurunan nyeri asam urat pada lansia. Penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel berjumlah 24 lansia di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Buntung. Nyeri diukur menggunakan skala numerik (NRS) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nyeri sebelum intervensi sebesar 5,25 dan sesudah intervensi sebesar 2,04. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan kompres hangat daun kelor selama 3 hari. Kesimpulan: Kompres hangat rebusan daun kelor efektif menurunkan nyeri asam urat pada lansia. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya: Terapi ini dapat diterapkan sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis mandiri dan dijadikan pilihan dalam pelayanan keperawatan komunitas. One of the non-pharmacological therapeutic alternatives that can be applied to relieve pain is the use of warm compresses with moringa leaf decoction, as it contains compounds with anti-inflammatory properties. This study aimed to determine the effect of warm compresses of moringa leaf decoction on reducing gout pain in the elderly. The study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 24 in the working area of UPTD Tanjung Buntung Health Center. Pain was measured using a numerical rating scale (NRS) before and after the intervention. The results showed the average pain score before the intervention was 5.25, and after the intervention was 2.04. The Wilcoxon test results showed a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in pain levels before and after warm moringa leaf decoction compresses for three days. Conclusion: Warm compresses with moringa leaf decoction are effective in reducing gout pain in the elderly. Recommendation: This therapy can be applied as an independent non-pharmacological intervention and used as an option in community nursing care.
