Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Skripsi, Maret 2025 Tatang Tarmana Hubungan Kecukupan Kt/V Dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Penderita Penyakit Ginjal Kronik Di RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang 74 Halaman + 10 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 13 Lampiran ABSTRAK Hasil studi pendahuluan ditemukan kecukupan kt/v buruk dikarenakan oleh akses vaskuler tidak lancar dan hemodinamik pasien tidak mampu menjalani hd dengan Qb 200 atau lebih. Sedangkan untuk kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisa terdiri dari 2 baik, 2 sedang dan 4 buruk. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecukupan kt/v dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain studi analitis deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan crosssectional. Sampel berjumlah 37 pasien di ruangan Hemodialisa RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan alat ukur lembar observasi kt/v dan Kidney Disease Quality of Life – Short Form (KDQOL-SF). Analisa data menggunakan uji chisquare dengan nilai p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecukupan Kt/V dengan kualitas hidup pasien penderita penyakit ginjal kronik di RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang dengan nilai p value = 0,002 (p < 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan kecukupan Kt/V dengan kualitas hidup pasien penderita penyakit ginjal kronik di RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang. Saran peneliti yaitu tenaga medis meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan dari segi kecukupan kt/v dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Meanwhile, the quality of life of hemodialysis patients consisted of 2 good, 2 moderate and 4 poor. The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between kt/v adequacy and the quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients at the Tanjungpinang City Hospital. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive analytical study design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 37 patients in the Hemodialysis room at the Tanjungpinang City Hospital with a sampling technique of total sampling. The study used a kt/v observation sheet and Kidney Disease Quality of Life - Short Form (KDQOL-SF) measurement tool. Data analysis using chi-square test with p value <0.05. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between Kt/V adequacy and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease at Tanjungpinang City Hospital with p value = 0.002 (p <0.05). It was concluded that there was a relationship between Kt/V adequacy and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease at Tanjungpinang City Hospital. The researcher's suggestion is that medical personnel improve the quality of nursing care in terms of adequate kt/v in an effort to improve the quality of life of patients.
