Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI D-III REKAM MEDIS DAN INFORMASI KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI), 2023 PERANCANGAN PROTOTYPE SISTEM PENDAFTARAN PASIEN BERBASIS ANDROID DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA BATAM Mulia Nurwana, 00410008 XIX+ 64 Halaman + 42 Gambar + 9 Lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Registrasi pasien adalah langkah atau proses pertama terjadinya rekam medis pasien di setiap tatanan pelayanan kesehatan. Informasi tentang identitas pasien, asuransi, profesi, dan faktor serupa juga harus dicatat. Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Batam menggunakan sistem pendaftaran secara langsung pada saat pasien datang kerumah sakit dan belum menggunakan sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis online. Saat ini di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Batam hanya terdapat 1 petugas pendaftaran pershift yang membuat petugas pendaftaran lama mendaftarkan pasien tersebut. Dengan pendaftaran secara langsung akibatnya pasien tidak mengetahui nomor antrian ke poliklinik yang dituju. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis android di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara, agar dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pasien untuk melakukan pendaftaran secara online berbasis android yang dimana pasien bisa melakukan pendaftaran secara mandiri. Tujuan : Untuk merancang sebuah prototype sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis Android di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Batam Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada sistem pendaftaran pasien di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Batam. Metode : Pada penelitian di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Batam dari bulan april-september 2023 menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan populasi 4 petugas pendaftaran dan 1 petugas rekam medis maka ditariklah sampel 1 petugas pendaftaran dan 1 petugas rekam medis. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan eskperimen. Hasil : Di rancanglah sebuah prototype sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis android yang dapat membantu petugas dalam melakukan pendaftaran pasien. Pasien melakukan pendaftaran secara mandiri dan tidak perlu menunggu di daftarkan petugas. Dari prototype yang dirancang dibuat menjadi 2 rancangan prototype yaitu prototype untuk admin dan prototype untuk pasien. Prototype admin dapat mengelola data poliklinik, data pesan, data informasi dan data pasien yang dimana bisa melakukan edit, hapus dan menambahkan data tersebut. Sedangkan prototype pasien terdapat menu pendaftaran pasien, menu pesan, menu informasi dan menu profil. Kesimpulan : Perancangan Prototype Sistem Pendaftaran Pasien Berbasis Android akan membantu petugas dalam mendaftarkan pasien serta memberikan informasi kepada pasien sehingga pasien mengetahui nomor antrian poliklinik yang di tuju. Information about the patient's identity, insurance, profession, and similar factors should also be recorded. Batam Bhayangkara Hospital uses a registration system directly when patients come to the hospital and have not used an online-based patient registration system. Currently at Bhayangkara Batam Hospital there is only 1 registration officer per shift which makes the registration officer take a long time to register the patient. With direct registration, the patient does not know the queue number to the intended polyclinic. Therefore, in this study an Android-based patient registration system will be designed at Bhayangkara Hospital, so that it can make it easy for patients to register online based on Android where patients can register independently. Objective: To design a prototype Android-based patient registration system at Bhayangkara Batam Hospital. To improve services in the patient registration system at Bhayangkara Batam Hospital. Methods: In research at Bhayangkara Batam Hospital from April-September 2023 using qualitative methods with a population of 4 registration officers and 1 medical records officer, a sample of 1 registration officer and 1 medical records officer was drawn. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, literature and experiments. Result: A prototype Android-based patient registration system was designed that could assist officers in registering patients. Patients register independently and do not need to wait to be registered by an officer. From the designed prototype, two prototype designs were made, namely the admin prototype and the patient prototype. The admin prototype can manage polyclinic data, message data, information data and patient data where you can edit, delete and add this data. Meanwhile, the patient prototype has a patient registration menu, message menu, information menu and profile menu. Conclusion: Android-Based Patient Registration System Prototype Design will assist officers in registering patients and providing information to patients so that patients know the queue number to the intended polyclinic.
