PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Skripsi, September 2023 Ade Kurniawan Pengaruh Blanket Warmer Terhadap Peningkatan Suhu Tubuh Pasien Pasca Operasi Di RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib Tanjungpinang 62 halaman + 6 tabel + 2 Skema + 2 gambar + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Setiap prosedur pembedahan yang dilakukan dapat menimbulkan munculnya berbagai masalah atau keluhan tubuh seperti nyeri, malnutrisi, wound dehiscence, ileus post- operative, serta akan menimbulkan terjadinya hipotermi. Selain itu, semasa prosedur pembedahan perlu tindak anastesi buat hilangkan seluruh modalitas dari sensasi nyeri, rabaan, serta suhu.Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yakni buat mengetahui Pengaruh Blanket Warmer Terhadap Peningkatan Suhu Tubuh Pasien Pasca Operasi Di Ruang Recovery Room RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib Tanjungpinang. Penelitian dilakukan mengenakkan jenis penelitian preeksperimental design atau quasy experiment dengan desain pre dan post design yang diberikan pada responden setelah dilakukan perlakuan. Model rancangan ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi dua kali yakni sebelum experimental serta sesudah experimental. Observasi dilakukan sebelum experimental (O1) disebut pre-test, serta observasi sesudah eksperimen (O2) disebut post-test. nilai suhu tubuh sebelum serta sesudah dilakukan Blanket Warmer pada pasien Pasca Operasi perlakuan didapatkan pre test suhu tubuh sebesar 100 % dengan suhu tubuh hipotermi dan nilai post test 100 % suhu tubuh normal dengan p Value 0,001. Disimpulkan secara signitifkan adanya Pengaruh Blanket Warmer Terhadap Peningkatan Suhu Tubuh Pasien Pasca Operasi Di Ruang Recovery Room di RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib Tanjungpinang 2023. In addition, during the surgical procedure anesthesia is required to eliminate all sensations of pain, touch and temperature. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Blanket Warmers on increasing the body temperature of post-operative patients in the recovery room at Raja Ahmad Tabib Tanjungpinang Hospital.The research was carried out using a pre-experimental design or quasi-experimental research type with pre and post designs given to respondents after the treatment was carried out. This design model is to carry out observations twice, namely before the experimental and after the experimental. Observations carried out before the experimental (O1) are called pre-test, and observations after the experiment (O2) are called post-test.The body temperature value before and after the Blanket Warmer was applied to post-operative treatment patients showed that the pre-test body temperature was 100% with a hypothermic body temperature and the post-test value was 100% normal body temperature with a p value of 0.001. It was concluded that there was a significant influence of the Blanket Warmer on increasing the body temperature of post-operative patients in the recovery room at Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital, Tanjungpinang 2023.
