Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Wulan Handayani Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Program Rujuk Balik di UPTD Puskesmas Kijang 80 Halaman + 11 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 15 Lampiran ABSTRAK Pelayanan Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) diberikan untuk peserta BPJS Kesehatan penderita penyakit kronis, diantaranya adalah penyakit Diabetes Melitus dan Hipertensi yang membutuhkan pengobatan atau asuhan keperawatan pada waktu lama. Dari data yang didapat di UPTD Puskesmas Kijang diperoleh jumlah peserta yang dirujuk ke fasilitas kesehatan tingkat lanjutan untuk mrngikuti program rujuk balik tahun 2021 sebanyak 183 orang dan Peserta yang kembali datang ke UPTD Puskesmas Kijang sebanyak 110 orang. Dari data tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa program rujukan balik belum berjalan dengan baik. Peserta BPJS lebih senang berobat ke faskes tingkat sekunder dibandingkan puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Faktor – Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan program rujuk balik di UPTD Puskesmas Kijang. Rancangan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Kuesioner yang akan di isi oleh peserta PRB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta program rujuk balik di UPTD Puskesmas Kijang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 55 responden. Hasil uji statistik chi-square didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 ada hubungan dukungan keluarga, p value 0,001 ada hubungan peran petugas kesehatan, p value 0,001 ada hubungan akses ke pelayanan kesehatan. Diharapkan petugas program rujuk balik (PRB) dapat meningkatkan perannya sebagai edukator yaitu dengan memberikan edukasi tentang penyakit hipertensi dan penyakit yang termasuk dalam program rujuk balik serta menekankan pentingnya ikut aktif kegiatan program rujuk balik. Selain memberikan edukasi kepada peserta, edukasi sebaiknya dilakukan kepada keluarga peserta PRB. From the data obtained at the UPTD of the Kijang Health Center, on the number of participants who were referred to an advanced level health facility to take part in the referral program in 2021 were 183 people and the participants who returned to the UPTD of the Kijang Health Center were 110 people. From these data, it can be interpreted that the referral program has not been running well. BPJS participants prefer to seek treatment at secondary level health facilities compared to puskesmas. This study aims to determine the factors related to the compliance of the referral program at the UPTD Puskesmas Kijang. The design of this study is a descriptive correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The research instrument used in data collection was using a questionnaire to be filled out by DRR participants. The population in this study were the participants of the referral program at the UPTD Puskesmas Kijang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 55 respondents.statistical test chi-square showed that the p value was 0.000, there was a relationship between family support, p value 0.001 there was a relationship between the roles of health workers, p value 0.001, there was a relationship between access to health services. . It is hoped that the referral program officer (PRB) can increase his role as an educator by providing education about hypertension and diseases included in the referral program and emphasizing the importance of actively participating in the referral program activities. In addition to providing education to participants, education should be carried out to families of PRB participants. Keywords : Compliance, Refer Back Program, Role, Access, Family Support
