Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Novika Sari Pengaruh Tehnih Relaksasi Benson Terhadap Nyeri Pasca operasi Sectio Caesarea di RSUD M Sani Karimun X + 68 Hal + 7 tabel + 2 skema + 13 lampiran ABSTRAK Nyeri merupakan kondisi berupa perasaan yang tidak menyenangkan, bersifat subjektif. Nyeri pasca bedah merupakan satu dari masalah-masalah keluhan pasien tersering di rumah sakit. Nyeri post operasi sebagai konsekuensi pembedahan yang tidak dapat dihindari. Untuk mengatasi nyeri pasca operasi SC dapat di lakukan dengan cara terapi non farmakologi yaitu salah satunya dengan melakukan Teknik Relaksasi Benson; Terapi Non Farmakologi Tehnik Relaksasi benson bekerja dengan cara mengalihkan fokus seseorang terhadap nyeri dan dengan menciptakan suasana nyaman serta tubuh yang rileks maka tubuh akan meningkatkan proses analgesia endogen hal ini diperkuat dengan adanya kalimat atau keyakinan seseorang yang memiliki efek menenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tehnik Relaksasi Benson terhadap penurunan nyeri pasca operasi sectio caesarea. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain metode Quasi-Experiment atau eksperimen semu yaitu peneliti menguji coba suatu intervensi pada kelompok subjek dengan atau tanpa kelompok pembanding namun tidak dilakukan random untuk memasukkan subjek kedalam kelompok eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan design one Group Pretest-Posttest dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, pengukuran skala nyeri yang digunakan untuk mengukur skala nyeri NRS dan lembar panduan untuk melakukan Tehnik Relaksasi Benson. Berdasarkan Analisa uji statistik Wilcoxon signed rank test didapatkan nilai p-value 0.000 < α 0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh penurunan terhadap nyeri pasca operasi Sectio Caesarea. Saran peneliti untuk lahan penelitian untuk di jadikan panduan dalam melakukan tindakan intervensi keperawatan untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri pasca operasi sectio caesarea khususnya di lingkungan RSUD M. NURSING SCIENCE STUDY PROGRAM BROS STARTING UNIVERSITY BATAM Thesis, September 2022 Novika Sari The Effect of Benson's Relaxation Technique on Postoperative Pain in Section Caesarea at M Sani Karimun Hospital X + 68 Pages + 7 tables + 2 schemas + 13 attachments ABSTRACT Pain is a condition in the form of an unpleasant feeling, and is subjective. Postsurgical pain is one of the most common patient complaints in hospitals. Postoperative pain is an unavoidable consequence of surgery. Overcome the pain after SC surgery can be done using non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is by doing the Benson Relaxation Technique; Non-Pharmacological Therapy Benson's relaxation technique works by shifting a person's focus to pain and by creating a comfortable atmosphere and a relaxed body, the body will increase the endogenous analgesia process, this is reinforced by the presence of a sentence or someone's belief that has a calming effect. This study aims to determine the effect of Benson's relaxation technique on reducing pain after section Caesarea surgery. This study uses a quasi-experimental design or quasi-experimental method, where the researcher tries an intervention on a group of subjects with or without a comparison group, but it is not done randomly to include subjects in the experimental group. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 20 respondents. The sampling method used the purposive sampling technique, the instrument in this study used an observation sheet, a pain scale measurement used to measure the NRS pain scale, and a guide sheet for performing the Benson Relaxation Technique. Based on the statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon signed rank test, it was found that the p-value was 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a decreasing effect on pain after Sectio Caesarea surgery. The researcher's suggestion for the research area is to be used as a guide in carrying out nursing intervention actions to reduce pain levels after section Caesarea surgery, especially in the M.
