X Kota Batam 115 hal + 7 tabel + 2 skema + 8 lampiran ABSTRAK Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia mengungkapkan sebanyak 50,9% perawat Indonesia yang bekerja mengalami stres kerja, sering merasa pusing, lelah, kurangramah, kurang istirahat akibat beban kerja terlalu tinggi serta penghasilan yang tidak memadai. Faktor penyebab stress kerja diantaranya adalah beban kerja dan lingkuungan kerja. Beban kerja yang berat dan terlalu tinggi dapat membuat perawat merasa terbebani. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif akan menunjang kelancaran pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara beban kerja perawat, lingkungan kerja dengan Stress Kerja di RS. X Kota Batam. Design penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan Teknik penarikansampel total sampling yang berjumlah 54 perawat. Hasil Analisis bivariat antara beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan stress kerja menggunakan Uji Statistik Chi-square didapatkan pvalue 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dengan stress kerja di RS. X Kota Batam. Diharapkan rumah sakit dapat menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman untuk mendukung produktifitas perawat dan memperhatikan beban kerja perawat untuk menghindari terjadinya stress kerja di rumah sakit. X Batam 115 pages + 7 tables+ 2 schematic + 8 attachments ABSTRACT The Indonesian National Nurses Association revealed that as many as 50.9% of Indonesian nurses who work experience work stress, often feel dizzy, tired, unfriendly, lack of rest due to too high workload and inadequate income. Factors that cause work stress include workload and work environment. Workloads that are heavy and too high can make nurses feel overwhelmed. A conducive work environment will support the smooth work carried out by nurses. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between the workload of nurses, work environment and work stress in hospitals. X Batam City. The research design used was cross sectional with a total sampling technique of 54 nurses. The results of the bivariate analysis between workload and work environment with workstress using the Chi-square Statistical Test obtained p-value 0.000 <0.05 which means Ha is accepted and Ho can be concluded that there is a significant relationship betweenworkload, work environment and work stress in the hospital X Batam. It is expected that the hospital can provide a comfortable work environment to support the productivity of nurses and pay attention to the workload of nurses to avoid work stress in the hospital.
