Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, 01 September 2022 Putra Efendi Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Persepsi Lansia Terhadap Pemanfaatan Posyandu Lansia di Pukesmas Ranai 48 Hal + 8 Tabel + 1 Skema + 8 Lampiran ABSTRAK Posyandu lansia adalah pos pelayanan terpadu untuk masyarakat usia lanjut disuatu wilayah tertentu, yang digerakan oleh masyarakat dimana mereka bisa mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan melalui program puskesmas dengan melibatkan lansia sendiri, keluarga, tokoh masyarakat dan organisasi sosal dan penyelenggaraannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk Menganalisa hubungan Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Persepsi Lansia Terhadap Pemanfaatan Posyandu Lansia di Puskesmas Ranai Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian merupakan studi kuantitif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 40 responden dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Analisa Univariat 21 orang (52.5 %) memiliki pengatahuan yang baik, persepsi lansia cukup sebanyak 22 orang (55.5%), 23 orang (57.2%) memanfaatkan fasilitas posyandu lansia. Hasil Bivariat nilai pvalue 0.002< α 0.05 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansi. Hasil uji chi-square pada persepsi didapatkan nilai p-value 0.775 > α 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada tidak ada hubungan persepsi dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Diharapkan pengetahuan mayarakat tentang posyandu lansia dapat meningkat, peningkatan sosialisasi melalui kader desa dan evaluasi program yang akan diberikan ketika melakukan posyandu sehingga kunjungan ke posyandu lansia dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan lansia meningkat serta dapat mengurangi angka kesakitan pada lansia dan di masyarakat. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and perception of the elderly on the utilization of the Posyandu for the elderly at the Ranai Health Center in 2022. The research method was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The sample is 24 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The data was processed using SPSS version 25.Univariate analysis 21 people (52.5%) had good knowledge, the perception of the elderly was sufficient as many as 22 people (55.5%), 23 people (57.2%) used the elderly posyandu facilities. Bivariate results p-value 0.002 < 0.05 which indicates a relationship between knowledge and utilization of the elderly posyandu. The results of the chi-square test on perception obtained a p-value of 0.775 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between perception and the use of posyandu for the elderly. It is hoped that public knowledge about the posyandu for the elderly can increase, increase socialization through village cadres and program evaluations that will be given when doing posyandu so that visits to the posyandu for the elderly and the quality of health services for the elderly increase and can reduce morbidity in the elderly and in the community.
