Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN Universitas Awal Bros Batam Skripsi, September 2022 Sumarlini Hubungan Lingkungan Kerja Dan Budaya Keselamatan Pasien Dengan Missed Nursing Care Di RS. X Kota Batam 133 hal + 8 tabel + 2 skema + 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Missed Nursing Care adalah asuhan keperawatan yang tidak diberikan sama sekali, tidak dilakukan secara lengkap, tertunda atau kelalaian. Hal ini merupakan tantangan global yang mengancam keselamatan dan kesehatan pasien. Salah satu faktor penyebab Missed Nursing Care yaitu lingkungan kerja dan budaya keselamatan pasien. Lingungan kerja dan Budaya keselamatan pasien merupakan prioritas kesehatan global dan menjadi unsur penting dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien, Fenomena yang ditemukan di RS. X masih didapatkan beberapa kegiatan asuhan keperawatan yang ditinggalkan atau ditunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 40 perawat di RS. X Kota Batam dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu total sampling. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Analisa bivariat menunjukkan mayoritas yaitu sebanyak 17 perawat (90%) di RS. X Kota Batam memiliki lingkungan kerja kurang dengan Missed Nursing Care yang tinggi dan sebanyak 16 responden (89%) memiliki budaya keselamatan pasien kurang dengan Missed Nursing Care yang tinggi. Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang siginifikan antara lingkungan pasien, budaya keselamatan pasien dengan Missed Nursing Care di RS. X Kota Batam tahun 2022 dengan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. This is a global challenge that threatens patient safety and health. One of the factors causing Missed Nursing Care is the work environment and patient safety culture. Work environment and patient safety culture is a global health priority and an important element in the implementation of patient safety, a phenomenon found in hospitals. X still found that some nursing care activities were abandoned or postponed. This study used a cross sectional design. The sample is 40 nurses in the hospital. X Batam City with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The research data was processed using the Chi-Square test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that most of them were 16 nurses (84%) in the hospital. X Batam City has a poor work environment with high Missed Nursing Care and as many as 14 respondents (82%) have a low patient safety culture with high Missed Nursing Care . The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the patient's environment, patient safety culture and Missed Nursing Care in the hospital. X Batam City in 2022 with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Keywords : Work Environment, Patient Safety Culture, Missed Nursing Care
