Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Rangga Wijaya Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Pelaksanaan Posbindu pada Lansia Hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong 79 halaman + 10 tabel + 3 Gambar + 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Kurangnya jumlah Posbindu yang aktif ini secara tidak langsung berdampak pada status kesehatan lansia, yaitu meningkatnya kasus PTM. Fenomena yang ditemukan di UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong capaian posbindu tahun 2022 (78%) dan 10 lansia, 3 orang lansia yang rajin datang ke Posbindu PTM sedangkan 7 orang lansia lainnya tidak rajin ke Posbindu PTM. Alasan lansia tidak berkunjung Posbindu PTM dikarenakan jauh harus diantar keluarga sementara keluarga sibuk dengan pekerjaan masing-masing. Selain itu kurangnya informasi, motivasi, jarak tempuh yang jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuif aktor-faktor yang yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan posbindu pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia yang mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 67 orang dan data dianalisa menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil diketahui ada hubungan motivasi dengan pelaksanaan posbindu pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong Tahun 2022dengan nilai p value 0,012≤0,05. Ada hubungan hubungan jarak rumah dengan pelaksanaan posbindu pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong Tahun 2022dengan nilai p value 0,000≤0,05. Ada hubungan hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pelaksanaan posbindu pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong Tahun 2022dengan nilai p value 0,000≤0,05. Kesimpulannya faktor motivasi, jarak rumah dan dukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan posbindu pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sebong. The phenomena found in the UPTD of the Teluk Sebong Health Center were Posbindu achievements in 2022 (78%) and 10 elderly people, 3 elderly people who diligently came to PTM Posbindu while 7 other elderly people were not diligent in PTM Posbindu. The reason the elderly do not visit the PTM Posbindu is that the family has to take them far away while the family is busy with their respective jobs. Besides the lack of information, motivation, and long distances. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the implementation of Posbindu in the elderly with hypertension in the UPTD working area of Teluk Sebong Public Health Center. The design of this research is descriptive and quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was all 67 elderly people with hypertension and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results show that there is a motivational relationship with the implementation of Posbindu for hypertensive elderly in the UPTD Teluk Sebong Health Center Work Area in 2022 with a p-value of 0.012≤0.05. There is a relationship between the distance from the house and the implementation of Posbindu for the elderly with hypertension in the UPTD Teluk Sebong Health Center Work Area in 2022 with a p-value of 0.000≤0.05. There is a relationship between family support and the implementation of Posbindu for the elderly with hypertension in the UPTD Teluk Sebong Health Center Work Area in 2022 with a p-value of 0.000≤0.05. In conclusion, motivational factors, distance from home and family support are related to the implementation of Posbindu for the elderly with hypertension in the UPTD Working Area of Teluk Sebong Health Center. Suggestions for nursing services to be more active in providing information in the form of counselling, direction, guidance, motivation and home visits for the elderly to participate in using PTM Posbindu Keywords: Motivation, Distance from Home, Family Support, Implementation of Posbindu
