PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Meldawaty S Faktor-Faktor yang berhubungan dengan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) dalam Kepatuhan Minum OAT Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kabupaten Bintan 76 halaman + 19 tabel + 2 Gambar + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Penyakit Tuberkulosis (TB) hingga saat ini masih menjadi masalah yang harus di atasi di masyarakat, program pengobatan dan pedoman penanggulangan juga sudah dijalankan oleh pemerintah. Fenomena yang ditemukan di UPTD Puskesmas Kabupaten Bintan 12 orang penderita TB paru di dapatkan bahwa 7 orang penderita tuberkulosis yang tidak patuh ini karena adanya rasa bosan minum obat setiap hari secara terus-menerus, dukungan keluarga masih kurang jarang kontrol tepat waktu, selalu putus minum obat dan 5 orang mengatakan karena tidak tahan dengan efek samping obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang berhubungan dengan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) dalam Kepatuhan Minum OAT Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kabupaten Bintan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga yang kontak serumah pada pasien TB sebanyak 32 orang dan data dianalisa menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil diketahui ada hubungan motivasi dengan kepatuhan minum OAT pada pasien tuberkulosis paru Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kabupaten Bintan dengan nilai p value 0,026≤0,05. Ada hubungan efek samping OAT dengan kepatuhan minum OAT pada pasien tuberkulosis paru Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kabupaten Bintan dengan nilai p value 0,026≤0,05. Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum OAT pada pasien tuberkulosis paru Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kabupaten Bintan dengan nilai p value 0,036≤0,05. Saran bagi pelayanan keperawatan Melakukan penyuluhan rutin terhadap pasien TB paru saat TB day untuk memberi informasi mengenai TB paru dan pentingnya patuh dalam minum obat TB paru. The phenomenon found in the UPTD Public Health Center of Bintan Regency, 12 people with pulmonary TB were found that 7 people with tuberculosis were disobedient because of the boredom of taking medication every day continuously, family support was still lacking, rarely had timely control, always stopped taking medication. and 5 people said they could not stand the side effects of the drug. This study aims to determine the factors associated with anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) in adherence to taking OAT in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the UPTD work area of the Bintan District Health Center. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were all families who had household contact with TB patients as many as 32 people and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between motivation and adherence to taking OAT in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the UPTD work area of the Bintan District Health Center with a p-value of 0.026≤0.05. There is a relationship between OAT side effects and adherence to taking OAT in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the UPTD Work Area of the Bintan District Health Center with a p-value of 0.026≤0.05. There is a relationship between family support and adherence to taking OAT in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the UPTD work area of the Bintan District Health Center with a p-value of 0.036≤0.05. Suggestions for nursing services Conduct routine counselling to pulmonary TB patients during TB day to provide information about pulmonary TB and the importance of being obedient in taking pulmonary TB drugs.
