PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Putri Natalia Millu KOMUNIKASI SBAR PERAWAT DAN DOKTER DALAM MELAKUKAN KOLABORASI INTERPROFESIONAL DI RUMAH SAKIT X 124 Halaman + 1 Tabel + 1 Skema + 11 Lampiran ABSTRAK Interprofessional Colaboration (IPC) adalah kerjasama profesi dengan latar pendidikan berbeda dan berkolaborasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali komunikasi SBAR yang dilakukan perawat dan dokter dalam IPC di Rumah Sakit X. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif. Partisipan penelitian adalah 10 orang tenaga kesehatan yang terdiri dari 5 perawat dan 5 dokter. Pemilihan partisipan menggunakan kriteria tertentu dan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengolahan dan persiapan data, pembacaan data, coding, interpretasi coding, penyajian tema-tema, dan interpretasi data. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas, dependabilitas, transferabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat tema yang dihasilkan yaitu: 1) Pengkajian menyeluruh oleh perawat dan dokter; 2) Kolaborasi perawat dan dokter dalam perencanaan tindakan ke pasien; 3) Hambatan Komunikasi sbar antara perawat dan dokter. Bentuk komunikasi yang diterapkan antara dokter dan perawat ruang UGD di rumah sakit x adalah komunikasi SBAR yang sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Hambatan utama dalam komunikasi SBAR adalah kekurangan jumlah tenaga dan kenaikan jumlah pasien. Dan hambatan dari sisi dokter yaitu personil perawat baru yang belum terlalu mengerti tugasnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan komunikasi SBAR dalam hubungan Interprofesional Colaboration (IPC) antara perawat dan dokter ruang UGD di rumah sakit xsudah baik, namun masih terdapat hambatan komunikasi SBAR ketika terjadi kenaikan jumlah pasien karena kekurangan tenaga di rumah sakit. The purpose of this study was to explore SBAR communication carried out by nurses and doctors in IPC at the Hospital X. The research method is qualitative. The research participants were 10 health workers (5 nurses and 5 doctors). Data analysis was carried out by processing and preparing data, reading data, coding, coding interpretation, presenting themes, and interpreting data.The results showed that there were four themes produced: 1) A thorough assessment by nurses and doctors; 2) Collaboration between nurses and doctors to patients; 3) Barriers communication between nurses and doctors. The form of communication that is applied between doctors and nurses in the emergency room at the hospital x is SBAR communication that has been implemented well. The main barriers to SBAR communication are the shortage of staff and the increase in the number of patients. And the obstacle from the doctor's side is the new nurse personnel who do not really understand their duties.The conclusion of this study is that the application of SBAR communication in the Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) relationship between nurses and emergency room doctors at the hospital x is good, but there are still barriers to SBAR communication when there is an increase in the number of patients due to lack of staff in the hospital.
