Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN Universitas AWAL BROS BATAM Skripsi, September 2022 Rinuke Fospawati Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Stigma Pelajar Pada ODHA Di Smk Bintan Insani Tanjungpinang 83 hal + 8 tabel + 2 skema +12 lampiran ABSTRAK HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) merupakan virus yang menyerang sel darah putih yang bernama sel CD4 sehingga dapat merusak sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia. Info DATIN tahun 2020 menunjukkan Kepulauan Riau berada pada urutan ke-sebelas diindonesia.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui FaktorFaktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Stigma pelajar pada ODHA di SMK Bintan Insani Tanjungpinang Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian dengan deskriptif analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 pelajar pelajar di di SMK Bintan Insani Tanjungpinang Tahun 2022 dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Analisa Univariat hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan, sikap dan stigma terbanyak yaitu pengetahuan rendah sebanyak 51 pelajar (63,75%), Sikap posititf sebanyak 45 pelajar (56,25%) dan stigma negatif sebanyak 49 pelajar (61,25%). Berdasarkan karakteristik pelajar didapatkan usia terbanyak >16 tahun (37,5%), dan jenis kelamin terbanyak (80%) yaitu perempuan. Hasil Bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan pelajar dan stigma pelajar dengan P-Value 0,035 (<0,05) dan terdapat hubungan sikap pelajar dan stigma pelajar P-Value 0,033(<0,05) . Disimpulkan ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap stigma pelajar. Diharapkan kepada sekolah untuk dapat melakukan penyuluhan dan pembekalan pembelajaran tentang ODHA. DATIN info in 2020 shows that the Riau Islands are in the eleventh place in Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine the Factors Associated with Stigma of students in ODHA at SMK Bintan Insani Tanjungpinang in 2022. The research method was descriptive design, with a cross sectional approach. The sample is 80 students at SMK Bintan Insani Tanjungpinang in 2022 with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The data were processed using Spearman Rho test. Univariate analysis of the results showed that the most knowledge, attitudes and stigma were low knowledge as many as 51 students (63.75%), positive attitudes as many as 45 students (56.25%) and negative stigma as many as 49 students (61.25%). Based on the characteristics of students, the highest age was >16 years (37.5%), and the highest gender (80%) was female. Bivariate results show that there is a relationship between the level of student knowledge and student stigma with P-Value 0.035 (<0.05) and there is a relationship between student attitudes and student stigma PValue 0.033 (<0.05). It is concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards student stigma. It is hoped that schools will be able to conduct counseling and provide learning about ODHA.
