Abstract

Latar Belakang : Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Sistem penyimpanan rekam medis adalah sebuah suatu prosedur penyimpanan atau filing dokumen rekam medis. Karena dokumen rekam medis memuat data individual dengan status rahasia, maka setiap catatan kesehatan dalam dokumen rekam medis harus dilindungi dengan baik. Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Metode : Metode penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara. Hasil : Sistem penyimpanan rekam medis di RS Bhayangkara Batam menggunakan sistem sentralisasi. Sistem penjajaran yang digunakan adalah dua angka akhir (terminal digit filing). Faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi penyimpanan berkas rekam medis dari segi man adalah kurangnya petugas yang lulusan D-III Rekam Medis. Dari segi machine tidak menggunakan tracer dan buku register dalam proses peminjaman rekam medis. Dari segi method belum terlaksana sesuai dengan SOP yang ada. Dari segi material kurangnya rak penyimpanan dan ruangan yang tidak memadai. Kesimpulan : terdapat 4 faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi sistem penyimpanan antara lain dari segi man kurangnya petugas yang lulusan dari D-III Rekam Medis. Segi machine tidak menggunakan tracer dan buku register dalam peminjaman rekam medis. Dari segi method belum terlaksananya SOP yang telah disediakan. Dari segi material kurangnya rak penyimpanan dan ruangan yang tidak memadai. Background: Medical record is a file containing notes and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients. Medical record storage system is a procedure for storing medical record documents. Because the medical record document contains individual data with a confidential status, every health record in the medical record document must be properly protected. Objective: To determine the inhibiting factors that affect the storage of medical record files at Bhayangkara Hospital. Methods: The research method used in this study uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews. Results : The medical record storage system at Bhayangkara Hospital Batam uses a centralized system. The alignment system used is the final two digits (terminal digit filing). The inhibiting factor that affects the storage of medical record files in terms of man is the lack of officers who are graduates of D-III Medical Records. From a machine perspective, they do not use tracers and register books in the process of borrowing medical records. In terms of the method has not been implemented in accordance with the existing SOP. In terms of material, the lack of storage shelves and inadequate space. Conclusion: there are 4 inhibiting factors that affect the storage system, among others, in teRMs of the lack of staff who graduated from D-III Medical Record. The machine aspect does not use tracers and register books in borrowing medical records. In terms of methods, the SOPs that have been provided have not been implemented.
