Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI DIII REKAM MEDIS DAN INFORMASI KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI), 2022 ANALISIS KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN INFORMED CONSENT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP DEWASA RS SANTA ELISABETH BATAM KOTA Amelya Hanifah Larasati, 00419019 X+ 57 Halaman + 10 Bagan + 10 Lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Kelengkapan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran (informed consent) sangat penting karena mempengaruhi aspek hukum rekam medis dan mutu rekam medis, sehingga diperlukan pelaksanaan yang maksimal untuk pengisian persetujuan tindakan kedokteran. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota bahwa pengisian formulir informed consent ada beberapa yang tidak terisi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui kelengkapan pengisian informed consent di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota. Metode : Metode penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan checklist. Hasil : Persentase kelengkapan lembar informed consent di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota pada identifikasi pasien lengkap sebesar 100 %. Sedangkan pada informed yang lengkap sebesar 70 %, tidak lengkap sebesar 30 %. Pada consent yang lengkap sebesar 77 %, tidak lengkap sebesar 23 %. Sedangkan pada keterbacaan lengkap sebesar 100 %. Kesimpulan : Hasil analisis dari kelengkapan pengisian informed consent masih belum terisi lengkap. Jumlah dari persentase kelengkapan sebesar 87 %, dan tidak lengkap sebesar 13 %. From the results of observations and interviews at Santa Elisabeth Hospital, Batam City, some of the informed consent forms were not filled in. Objective : To find out the completeness of filling out the informed consent at Santa Elisabeth Hospital, Batam City. Methods : The research method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method by conducting a checklist. Results : The percentage of completeness of the informed consent form at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam City on complete patient identification is 100%. While the complete informed by 70%, incomplete by 30%. In complete consent of 77%, incomplete by 23%. While the complete readability of 100%. Conclusion : The results of the analysis of the completeness of filling out the informed consent are still incomplete. The total percentage of completeness is 87%, and incomplete is 13%.
