Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII REKAM MEDIS DAN INFORMASI KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI), 2022 ANALISIS PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN WAKTU PENGEMBALIAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA BATAM TAHUN 2022 Aulia Sastrawati, 00419013 X+ 72 Halaman + 1 Skema + 11 Lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan yang disediakan oleh rumah sakit baik rawat jalan, rawat inap atau pelayanan kesehatan lainnya harus tercatat dan terdokumentasi. Dokumentasi yang dimaksud merupakan rekam medis. Penyelenggaraan rekam medis merupakan salah satu dari kewajiban rumah sakit. Pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan masih dilakukan langsung setelah pasien pulang setiap hari, yaitu 1x24 jam setelah pasien pulang. Sehingga tidak ada keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan. Sedangkan untuk pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap dinyatakan terlambat apabila melebihi standar waktu 2x24 jam setelah pasien keluar dari rumah sakit Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Batam. Metode: Metode penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini memakai metode Kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara. Hasil: Faktor penghambat dari segi man adalah kurangnya petugas yang berlulusan dari rekam medis. Faktor penghambat dari segi method yakni belum tersedianya SOP keterlambatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis. Faktor penghambat dari segi material yakni ruangan yang tidak memadai. Kesimpulan: Terlambatnya waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis terdapat 3M faktor penghambat yakni man kurangnya petugas yang berlulusan dari rekam medis, method yaitu belum tersedianya SOP keterlambatan waktu pengembalian, material yakni ruangan yang tidak memadai. The documentation in question is a medical record. Maintaining medical records is one of the hospital's obligations. The return of outpatient medical record files is still carried out immediately after the patient returns home every day, which is 1x24 hours after the patient returns home. So that there is no delay in returning the outpatient medical record file. Meanwhile, the return of the inpatient medical record file is declared late if it exceeds the standard time of 2x24 hours after the patient is discharged from the hospital Objective: To determine the factors that cause delays in the return of inpatient medical record files at Bhayangkara Hospital Batam. Methods: The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews. Result: The inhibiting factor in terms of man is the lack of officers who graduated from medical records. The inhibiting factor in terms of method is the unavailability of SOP for the delay in returning medical record files. The inhibiting factor in terms of material is inadequate space. Conclusion: the delay in returning the medical record file, there are 3M inhibiting factors, namely the lack of officers who graduated from medical records, the method, namely the unavailability of the SOP for the delay in returning time, the material, namely the inadequate room.
