Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI DIII REKAM MEDIS DAN INFORMASI KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI), 2022 ANALISIS PENYEBAB TERJADINYA MISSFILE BERKAS REKAM MEDIS DI RUANGAN FILLING RS St ELISABETH BATAM KOTA Yuni Utami, 00419011 X+ 58 Halaman + 1 Gambar + 2 Tabel + 9 Lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Melihat pentingnya peranan dokumen rekam medis dalam menciptakan informasi medis yang berkesinambungan, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti masalah tentang tinjauan. Analisis penyebab terjadinya missfile berkas rekam medis di ruangan filling Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Batam. Masih ditemukan adanya salah letak sehingga menghambat dalam proses pengambilan dan pengembalian dokumen rekam medis baik yang di simpan maupun yang akan dipinjam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem peminjaman terhadap kejadian missfile dokumen rekam medis pada ruang penyimpanan (Filling) di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Batam. Tujuan : Penelitian untuk mengetahui alur pengambilan berkas rekam medis, mengetahui alur penyimpanan berkas rekam medis dan penyebab terjadinya missfile di ruangan filling berkas rekam medis di RS St Elisabeth Batam Kota Metode : Metode penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara Hasil : saat pelayanan dilihat dari faktor Man dan Method, diantaranya faktor man yaitu tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja petugas. Faktor method yaitu belum terlaksana 100% SOP pada pengembalian dan peminjaman berkas rekam medis dikarenakan masih ada petugas yang tidak mengetahui penerapan SOP yang benar. Hal tersebut yang membuat terjadinya missfile di ruang filling. Kesimpulan : Tidak fokusnya petugas saat melakukan filling berkas rekam medis yang disebabkan karena kecapekan petugas, kurang telitinya petugas dan terburu-buru nya petugas saat hendak melakukan filling berkas rekam medis yang bisa menimbulkan missfile dan dimana SOP pengembalian dan peminjaman tidak berjalan 100% Kata Kunci : Missfile, Filling, Penyimpanan Rekam Medis, Pengembalian Rekam Medis PROGRAM STUDI DIII REKAM MEDIS DAN INFORMASI KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS AWAL BROS Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI), 2022 ANALYSIS OF CAUSES OF MEDICAL RECORD FILE MISSFILE IN THE FILLING ROOM OF St. ELISABETH HOSPITAL BATAM KOTA Yuni Utami, 00419011 X+ 58 Pages + 1 Picture + 2 Table + 9 Attachments ABSTRACT Background : Seeing the important role of medical record documents in creating continuous medical information, researchers are interested in examining the issue of review. Analysis of the causes of the missfile of medical record files in the filling room of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam. It is still found that there is a misplaced so that it hinders the process of taking and returning medical record documents, both those that are stored and those that will be borrowed. This study aims to determine the description of the lending system for the occurrence of Missfile medical record documents in the Filling Room at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam. Objective : The study was to determine the flow of medical record file retrieval, to find out the flow of medical record file storage and the causes of missfiles in the medical record file filling room at St Elisabeth Hospital, Batam City. Methods : The research method used in this study uses qualitative methods with observation and interviews Results : when the service is seen from the Man and Method factors, including the man factor, namely the level of education and work experience of officers. The method factor is that 100% SOPs have not been implemented on returning and borrowing medical record files because there are still officers who do not know the correct application of SOPs. This is what causes the missfile in the filling room. Conclusion : The officers are not focused when filling the medical record files due to the fatigue of the officers, the lack of thoroughness of the officers and the rush of the officers when they want to fill in the medical record files which can cause misfiles and where are the SOPs for returning and borrowing Kata Kunci : Missfile, Filling, Medical Record Storage, Medical Record Return
