Abstract
Abstract Base on world health organization (WHO) research worldwide, in 2015 there is Maternal Mortality Rate of 100.000 people per year and infant Mortality rate 32 per 1.000 life births. Maternal and infant deaths occur mainly in developing countries of 99%. The Method used is continuity care in the period of pregnancy, childbirth, chilbed, newborn and contraception, by docmention used the SOAP method, as well as trought 2 pregnant visit, 1 maternal mothers visit, 3 childbirth visits, 3 times for newborn and 2 times for contraception. In the third trimester the mother had complaints whatsever, the process of labor stage I lasted for 6 hours, second stage for 20 minutes and third stage for 5 minute, on january 24, 2020 at 01.50 pm the baby was born spontaneously, female gender, weight 3100 grams, body lenght 52 cm, on the childbed and newbron visit, the mother had no complaints and there was no sign of infection and emergency in both mother and baby, during the visit, the mother was informed about contraception. From the results of pregnancy examination in pregnancy, childbirth, childbeb, newborn and contraception did not find signs for infection and emergency in the mother and baby. The conclusion of this report is known and done a sustainable midwifery care of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and contraception.
