Abstract
ABSTRACT Prior to the establishment of the Millennium Development Goal in 2015, the government placed a high priority on providing health care for pregnant women, infants, and children.The primary indicators of a nation's health status and the quality of maternal and child health services are the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). is carrying out continuous and sustainable care (Continuity of Care). Based on the Riau Islands Provincial Health Office in 2019, MMR in Batam City was recorded at 30 / 100,000 KH in 2017 to 25 / 100,000 KH in 2018. Meanwhile, in 2017 AKB 162 / 100,000 KH and there was a slight decrease of 145 / 100,000 KH.Upbringing that used by the researcher is a continuity midwifery care in BPM. Midwifery care that has given to Mrs. F, 35 years old frequency of 2 times pregnancy period. The pregnancy process running physiologically . The birth process took place on December 23,2019 at 08.08 The baby is boy, crying louder, active, the weight is 2500 gram, body length 57 cm., the visiting of postpartum and neonatus are three times, when during of postpartum and the care of newborn babies take place physiologically, no one complaints about procedure and part of them to sign and following KB program, after explain advantages and disadvantages of contraception. Finally, the mother have decided to use contraception for three monthsat the second visit. Key words: Pregnancy, Labor, Postpartum, Neonatus And Contraception.
