Abstract
World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan diseluruh dunia terdapat 216 kematian ibu setiap 100.000 kelahiran hidup akibat komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan. Jumlah total kematian ibu diperkirakan mencapai 303.000 kematian di seluruh dunia sedangkan di negara berkembang mencapai 239/100.000 kelahiran hidup, 20 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan negara maju. Negara berkembang menyumbang sekitar 90 % atau 302.000 dari seluruh total kematian ibu yang diperkirakan. Hasil pengkajian pada Ny. “S” usia 29 tahun didapatkan sejak hamil trimester III, bersalin, nifas, neonatus, KB semuanya berjalan dengan normal. Setelah melakukan asuhan secara Continuity of care di PMB. Marlina Limbong, Amd.Keb, asuhan kebidanan telah diberikan kepada klien secara komprehensif, klien juga mengatakan merasa puas dan mengerti terkait asuhan yang didapatkan, dan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi klien dan bayi serta keluarga dan pada klien dalam pemberian asuhan keluarga berencana klien belum memutuskan untuk memilih kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Kebidanan. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that worldwide there are 216 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. The total number of maternal deaths is estimated at 303,000 deaths worldwide while in developing countries it reaches 239/100,000 live births, 20 times higher than developed countries. Developing countries account for 90% or 302,000 of all estimated maternal deaths. The results of the study on Mrs. "S" aged 29 years was obtained since the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonates, family planning everything went normally. After carrying out continuity of care at PMB. Marlina Limbong, Amd.Keb, midwifery care has been provided to clients comprehensively, the client also said he was satisfied and understood about the care he received, and provided great benefits for the client and the baby and family and the client in providing family planning care had not yet decided to decide to choose which contraceptive to use.
